Located in the heart of Woking, a town in northwest Surrey that offers a perfect combination of small-town vibe and big-city energy, Victoria Square is one of the most significant, ambitious, and highest-investment projects in South East England. A joint venture between Moyallen Group and Woking Borough Council, the project is comprised of two high-rise residential blocks, above a flagship town centre, with 429 apartments. The development also houses two public plazas, a 4-star hotel in a separate tower, a medical centre, and several other commercial establishments to ensure the residents get the ultimate urban living experience with all the modern lifestyle facilities and amenities.
Out of the total 429 apartments that we are hired to Sparkle Clean in two high-rise residential towers of Victoria Square in Woking, 232 are one-bed apartments, 165 are two-bed apartments, and 32 are studio apartments. While each of these three types of residential spaces has its own unique cleaning requirements, the Sparkle Clean project involves getting them squeaky clean and spotless from floor to ceiling.
ECS landed this massive project through recommendation (see what we meant when we said we win customers’ trust through our work?). One of our former clients, for whom we conducted a Builders and Sparkle clean, was so impressed with our quality of work and customer service that they referred us to Victoria Square management for post-construction cleaning of their extravagant apartments. Since the recommendation from a trusted, reputable source, Victoria Square management reached out to ECS and requested a quote.
This is one of the biggest cleaning projects we have got to date, and we know it will require a lot of hard work and dedication, but we are super-excited and pumped up to take on this project and determined to deliver services beyond our client’s expectations. Keeping in view the project’s magnitude, we know that it will likely come with its own unique challenges, but ECS’ builders’ cleaning teams are all set to deal with everything that comes their way.
ECS Commercial Cleaning was recently awarded a builders clean / sparkle clean contract for a total of 50 Apartments in SE1. The project was awarded by Buxton Building Contractors Limited of Caterham, Surrey. Founded in 1924, Buxton has been operating for nearly 100 years throughout London and the Home Counties. ECS are proud to have been recognised for their high standards throughout previous projects, which ECS assume has influenced the decision-making process.
ECS were delighted to be informed they had been awarded the contract and works are now well underway. As usual, ECS are ensuring that cleaning standards remain consistently high throughout the entire duration of the project. All appropriate procedures are adhered to by highly trained, fully qualified staff who are utilising only the latest in certified cleaning products and equipment. Throughout the project, the senior management team at ECS remain in constant contact with their counterparts at Buxton Building Contractors to ensure that client satisfaction is consistently met on a daily basis.
efore deciding on hiring the services of a builders clean service provider, it is essential for you to assess your project’s requirements. In addition, ECS would recommend conducting thorough research into each cleaning service provider that you have shortlisted; this will involve asking for examples of previous work, checking the legitimacy of accreditations and also asking for testimonials from previous clients (or ideally, talking to them in person).
As a supplier of builder’s clean services, ECS Commercial Cleaning provides a variety of builders clean packages and services to support you with your project. Get in contact with ECS today to discuss your project and we will be happy to supply you with a bespoke quotation.
It all began with a search and a recommendation. Cardon Property & Construction, a multi-award-winning construction contractor in the UK, was on the lookout for a reliable company to clean up after them at Liverpool Street Station, where they carried out a refurbishment project of the toilet facilities. It was a major repair and renovation project and involved replacing the cubicles, re-tiling floors and walls, and ceiling replacement.
Such an extensive restoration project meant there was a huge mess that required time and meticulous efforts to clear up. But, time was something that Cardon Construction Ltd. lacked. They wanted a professional commercial cleaning company in the UK that could deep clean the renovation side in a short span of time.
ECS was recommended for the job by one of our former clients as a gesture of appreciation for our impeccable professional services. However, the suggestion wasn’t initially well-received by Cardon Construction Ltd. The reason being Cardon’s unfamiliarity with ECS and short time. Unaware of ECS’ potential, professionalism, work history, and dedicated team, the people at Cardon weren’t sure if we could do finish the project in time and just how they wanted. But, they eventually decided to give us a try upon getting a raving review by our former client. And how incredibly proud it makes us to say that we didn’t let any of our clients down.
ECS Commercial Cleaning Services were awarded a new contract with BIM’s; a restaurant chain originating from Paris, located in three prominent locations across London. ECS were tasked with taking over the contract from their current cleaning contractor. The current service supplier was unable to fulfil the required level of service that was expected of them.
The outlets are based across London, in Walthamstow, Edmonton Green and Ilford. The customers of these restaurants have stated that the cleanliness of these eating environments is second to none. To date, ECS has successfully demonstrated their capacity to deliver outstanding environmental cleanliness to these restaurants. This is something that is of paramount importance as businesses begin to reopen their doors following the Coronavirus pandemic.
